This is the only app a user has to have on their phone to feel better anytime and anywhere. This is a self help tool that allows its users to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions. Once a user has created an account with us, the app can be used by them anytime of the day and any number of times to express (through the 3-Click Method), resolve (using a CWE Option) and manage (with our Calming Activities) their emotions. Our aim is to help its feel better after using the app and improve their emotional wellbeing. The UI of the app has been made using Design Thinking, which makes it very easy for one to use it and benefit from the app.
It's an app that caters to its users emotional wellbeing, and is a self help and preventive tool, to helps users express, resolve and manage emotions.
