Vivriti Capital Appoints New Directors—Namrata Kaul And Srinivasan Sridhar

Namrata Kaul and Srinivasan Sridhar are new directors of Chennai-based company, Vivriti Capital.

Vivriti Capital has recently designated Namrata Kaul and Srinivasan Sridhar as the companys directors for five years span. Both the newly appointed directors are veterans in the finance and banking industry. Srinivasan Sridhar carries more than thirty years of experience in the Indian industry whilst Namrata Kaul carries more than thirty years of experience in the global market.

Earlier, Kaul has worked as MD, Corporate and Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank AG. Before this, she oversaw Asia Business for Deutsche Bank in the UK, which entailed a multi-country interface. She is also the founder of Deutsche Banks Diversity initiative in India and presently a member of the supervisory board at CARE international. (Source: ET)

Sridhar has been a board member of Bank of Baroda, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, Small Business Fincredit and Indie-Home Loans. Further, he has worked with CitiGroup for 28 years and posted in six countries, over Asia, Europe and Africa. Presently, he is on board with Oliver Wyman as Partner and India Head.
