The American biopharmaceutical firm, Syneos Health has procured a minority stake in Indegenes subsidiary, Indegene Omnipresence Inc. Indegene is a Bengaluru-basedhealthcare solutions provider and wholly owns its above-cited subsidiary.
The investment will help Indigene accelerate the deployment of its customer experience management (CXM) platform for its life sciences and healthcare clients, VC Circle reported citing Manish Gupta, Co-founder, and CEO of Indegene, quotes in the companys official statement.
Indegene Omnipresence was founded in strategic association with Microsoft in 2017. The firm serves as an amalgamated customer experience platform for life sciences and healthcare firms along with omnichannel engagement, customer relationship management, and AI skills, among others.
The business deal has not led any significant changes as Sanjay Virmani will continue to lead Omnipresence.
Omnipresence is the newest addition to its Dynamic Assembly network, which helps the company to be data dynamic and stay ahead of the curve, Syneos Health said in the official statement.
Omnipresence will enable customers to harness data to provide actionable insights and realize better commercial experiences, with improved return on investment, Alistair Macdonald, CEO at Syneos Health, said in the companys official statement.
