The investment will help Indigene accelerate the deployment of its customer experience management (CXM) platform for its life sciences and healthcare clients, VC Circle reported citing Manish Gupta, Co-founder, and CEO of Indegene, quotes in the companys official statement.

Indegene Omnipresence was founded in strategic association with Microsoft in 2017. The firm serves as an amalgamated customer experience platform for life sciences and healthcare firms along with omnichannel engagement, customer relationship management, and AI skills, among others.
