Startup Simpl raises Series A round Funding

Simpl secures an undisclosed amount in a Series A round led by Green Visor Capital LP II.

In series A funding round led by Green Visor Capital LP II which is US-based venture fund has helped start-up Simpl to secure an undisclosed amount of funding.
Investors like IA Venture Strategies Fund II LP, Boillot Family Trust, Russell M Byrne,

The Oliver R. Grace, Jr. Millennium Trust, SF Capital Investments LP, and DIA Investments LLC participated in this funding round.

US-based funds IA Ventures and Green Visor Capital also invested an undisclosed amount of funding last year in start-up Simpl which operates by Get Simpl Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

In 2015, Nitya Sharma and Chaitra Chidanand founded start-up Simpl, which is a re-financing platform that enables customers to make purchases online.

BookMyShow, Faasos, FreshMenu, and Nykaa, among others are the partners of start-up Simpl.
