Pralay Mondal, Senior Group President of Yes Bank, demits on January 31

Yes Bank announced that Pralay Mondal has resigned from the position and is serving until March 31, 2019.

Pralay Mondal, Senior Group President of Yes Bank, has demitted from the position. On February 1, the bank proclaimed that Mondal has resigned from Senior Group President and Head position (retail and business banking).

In a statement, the bank said that Yes Bank thanks Mondal for his commitment, leadership and contribution to the bank and wishes him all the success in his future endeavours. (Source: MoneyControl)

Further, the bank unveiled that Mondal will be serving a notice until the cessation period of the financial year that is, March 31. Since 2012, Mondal has been bonded with the bank.

Lately, a dozen changes took place in the bank. Ex-CEO Rana Kapoor resigned the office on January 31 and the position was filled by Ravneet Gill as the new MD and CEO. Till the time Gill will acquire the position, Ajai Kumar will direct the bank as the interim MD and CEO.

At 1.45pm, the stocks of Yes Bank slid down by 1.29 per cent on BSE and were trading at INR 191.60.
