Indian ride-hailing firm, Ola has proclaimed to buy Pikup.ai, an AI platform, which renders tech solutions to the companies, according to a media report.
The move will help it enhance its AI-focused strategy, including investments in early-stage businesses and acquisitions, Ola, which is administered by ANI Technologies, said in its statement, as reported by the daily news, VC Circle.

The ride-hailing company has not disclosed financial details of the transaction.
The startups team was looking forward to joining Ola and contributing to its strategy, Co-founder of Pikup.ai, Inder Singh told the daily news.
Pikup.ai employes technologies like Artificial Intelligence, sensor fusion, and computer vision to render effective AI-enabled solutions to the businesses.
In the past, Ola has employed numerous startup companies to render transport solutions as well as hold a great stake in the Indian mobility market.
In the previous year, the firm has bought Ridlr. In 2016, the firm had taken over Qarth Technologies and in 2015, it acquired Geotagg.
