Accountancy Company, NA Shah Associates LLP has merged with Mumbai-headquartered firm, MA Parikh and Co, according to a media report.
The company proclaimed that it has fortified its place by combining MA Parikh and Co. with itself, reported VC Circle.
NA Shah was established in 1965; the company renders accountancy services--direct and indirect tax, advisory and audit services. Furthermore, it will render services in assurance, audit, taxation, consultancy and internal audit.
MA Parikhs partners will join NA Shah as partners. As a result of the merger, NA Shahs employee base will increase to more than 230 with over 80 chartered accountants, reported
VC Circle citing the companys official statement.
MA Parikh and Co was established by late Manubhai A. Parikh in 1980 along with senior partners, Rohit Adalja, and Ajit Shah.
The merger will help the combined firm offer clients high-quality audit and taxation services, the official statement said.
