Infosys Ltd has formed a joint venture (JV) with Singapore-based state investor Temasek as it expands its presence in Southeast Asia.
Through this venture, Temasek is planning to enhance its IT services.
Infosys will hold a 60% stake in the JV, while Temasek will hold 40%.
The new company will be headquartered in Singapore. It will have a workforce of 200 employees and contractors from Trusted Source whereas the staff of Infosys will join over time.
