Hyatt Hotels Corporation will acquire Two Roads Hospitalityin $480 million deal. In India, the two properties that belong to Two Roads Hospitality are Alila Diwa Goa and Alila Fort Bishangarh.
With the acquisition ofTwo Roads, Hyatt will expand its brand presence into 23 new markets. It will also enhance its offerings in lifestyle hotel experiences and wellbeing.
