Chandigarh-based Viithiisys Technologies buys Actiwate

Viithiisys, with this acquisition, will expand its product portfolio and list of clients.

Chandigarh-based Viithiisys Technologies, a boutique IT consulting and Services company, has acquired on-demand application development start-up Actiwate for an undisclosed amount.

Viithiisys, with this acquisition, will expand its product portfolio and list of clients. Post acquisition, Amanjot Malhotra, Founder of Actiwate, will exit the company and act as the advisor.

Amanjot Malhotra, Founder, Actiwate said, "We have worked with the Viithiisys team before on multiple projects and this acquisition gives our team an opportunity to work on a global product such as Vizitor. There's a clear gap in the Visitor Management Solutions which can be addressed by the use of cutting-edge technologies as well excellent User Experience. Our USP has been our Product Management Experience coupled with our excellent UI/UX which helped us deliver an unmatchable experience in product development space. With Viithiisys' position in the market and resources, we will be able to scale our operations and deliver bigger and complicated products."
