American CyberSystems acquires GGK Technologies

American CyberSystems completes the acquisition of Hyderabad based It firm GGK Technologies.

Atlanta-based company American CyberSystems (ACS) is a leading provider of IT and engineering staffing solutions, IT consulting, healthcare information management and workforce management solutions. The company has made an acquisition of Hyderabad-based IT firm Guru Gowri Krupa Technologies for an undisclosed amount.

This was a strategic decision made by the company as it plans to expand its operations in IT consulting and development space. It will also allow the acquirer to expand into new areas both onshore and offshore, as per companys statement.

GGK Technologies is a global IT company which is operational in Hyderabad, India and Chicago, USA. GGK Technologieswill become part of ACSs solutions group and its executives will remain intact. The company has over 1000 employees in India and around 100 employees in the USA.

Raj Sardana, CEO of ACS, said, The successful acquisition of GGK Technologies presents new opportunities for ACS and positions us to accelerate our growth plans in the marketplace.

He added, The GGK Technologies legacy of solutions development and service excellence will remain intact and be a strong complement to ACS and our combined client base.

ACS provides its services to Fortune 100 companies and claims to have more than $700 million annual revenue and about 12,000 employees worldwide. The firm has four verticals through which its business takes place.

These verticals are HireGenics for workforce management systems, ComforceHealth for healthcare services, Analysts for IT solutions to government and businesses, and Analysts International Corporation (AIC) offers highly skilled professionals.
