On Wednesday, Amazon invented cooler-sized, small robotic delivery vehicles. The invention is performed in the main headquartersSeattle. Sean Scott, the vice president who is supervising the project, said that electric-powered, wheeled delivery vehicles named "Scout" were created by Amazon and guided themselves along sidewalks at a walking pace.
With this development, Amazon has availed new robotic delivery vehicles to ease meal delivery or other commodities to customers without human help.
In an online post, while launching the delivery system Scott said, We developed Amazon Scout at our research and development lab in Seattle, ensuring the devices can safely and efficiently navigate around pets, pedestrians and anything else in their path. (Source: ET)
Scott explained the robotic delivery vehicle as a small cooler and further, said that six robotic delivery vehicles have been used to deliver packages to customers in a country near Seattle. (Source: ET)

Presently, the company is still experimenting with the invention and after proper examination will plan to expand.
