Affirma Capital, a private equity company, has infused in the IT firm, Prodapt Solutions Pvt. Ltd, according to a media report.
The private equity firm has not officially disclosed its investment sum infused in Prodapt. Albeit, the Indian daily news, Mint reported that the PE company has bought an important share for nearly INR 537.54 crore in Prodapt Solutions.
Avendus Capital worked as a financial adviser to the Chennai-based software services company, Prodapt in the deal.

The company offers frontier technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), machine learning, and artificial intelligence, etc.
