Bharti Airtel will endow Rs 2000crore in Project Next

Project Next, a digital innovation programme an initiative of Bharti Airtel will raise Rs 2000 crore from the company in the next 3 years.

Airtel is more focused to compete with its rivals as jio bringing up free calling services and Vodafone Idea merger will surely affect the telecom industry and companys performance. In order to compete the company has started several initiatives of its own like a family postpaid plan, extra protection of smartphone and carry forward data services.

VOLTE is on in five cities and will be everywhere in the country by the end of this year, said Gopal Vittal, Managing Director and Chief Executive India and South Asia of Bharti Airtel.

Project Next, Gopal Vittal said, the first step towards transforming Airtel into a truly digital service provider and experience for our customers that is simple, transparent and is interactive.

Companys declaration highlights that this innovation plan is aim to revamp coapnys 2500 stores all over India.

Gopal Vittal further commented, At Airtel, everything that we do starts with our customers and we are obsessed about delivering a great experience to them. We look at the customer journey holistically and have identified 17 moments of truth. At each of these moments, our aspiration is to eliminate customer frustration and make the experience better via digital innovation.
