Government Launches Mentoring Platform, RestartIndia for MSMEs

The Indian government is taking major steps to uphold the MSME sector. After launching Credit Guarantee Scheme and amending MSME definition, the government has lately released a mentoring platform, Restart India. 

According to The Economic Times, Nitin Gadkari, Minister of MSME sector, has launched the platform that focuses on helping the sector to restart businesses across the nation. 

"RestartIndia" platform has been concertedly conceptualised by Muthoot Fincorp and INKtalks. The platform will work as an open portal for advisory support.

"It would help in bringing global management information and expertise to the doorstep of the common man," the minister said in the official statement. 

The newly launched platform will give information on various schemes that have been started by the government. It will bridge the MSMEs with veterans having expertise in various fields in association with the Atma Nirbhar project. 

Experts from various fields and industry domains address the questions and provide information on schemes and initiatives of the government, Muthoot FinCorp said in its official statement.

The platform is created to meet the needs of the MSME niche, especially nano and micro enterprises. It will give solutions to the problems faced by an enormous amount of businesswomen who are trying to earn a living by establishing extremely small businesses post crisis.
