E-distributor Just Buy Live elevate $100 mn

Just Buy Live Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. has secured funding of $100 million in series B funding.

Just buy live Enterprise Pvt. Ltd, has managed to raise $100 million from Ali Cloud Investment a Dubai based investment banking firm in series B funding.

Launched in 2015, Just buy live firm act as a medium to connect shopkeeper and consumer brands through its e-distribution services.

With these funds, the company aims to expand its distribution services in international markets with high density of small enterprise and fragmented distribution. It also plans to grow Indian operations as well.

SM Ali, chairman of Ali Cloud, said, Just Buy Live is now ready for global expansion and we will quickly move to enter new markets with strong local partners.

Founder and majority stake holder of the company is Sani and Bharat Balachandran. Around $5 million has been funded by Sani in this company and he is also the chairman of Sahil International.
